Who we are

Apex MMA, Quality House, Waverledge Street, Great Harwood BB6 7EA. Contact: info@apexmma.co.uk.

What we collect and why

The details you send through the enquiry form (name, email, phone, the answers you choose to give) so we can reply and arrange your session. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and your consent for phone, text and email contact.

Participation agreement

If you book a session or membership, the form also collects your agreement to our participation agreement, your typed signature, whether you are 18 or over (and a parent or guardian's name if not), your emergency contact and any medical information you choose to give. We keep this as our record that you agreed before training, and use it only for your safety and to run your membership.

Children

For kids classes we ask the parent or guardian for the child's age only. We do not collect a child's name, school or image through this site.

Health information

If you tell us about an injury, condition or medication, we use it only so a coach can keep you safe, share it only with the coaches running your sessions, and keep it no longer than needed. Lawful basis: your explicit consent, given when you send the form.

Who processes it

The form is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Submissions are emailed to us. Member records are kept in a private members system that only our coaches can access.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become members are deleted after 12 months. Member records are kept while you train with us and for up to 12 months after you leave.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@apexmma.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
